Once you start a slimming program with Diet Expert, your personal dietitian
supports you in a phone consultation and then supports you throughout your program by email

The dietitian's role:

• Use his/her expertise to guide and advise you.
• Motivate you and help you reach your target weight. /li>
• Reshape your program if necessary depending on your results and your lifestyle.

How does the support work?

At the beginning of your program, your dietitian will call you for a 30 minute first consultation to:

• Set up your personalised program and menus
• Explain the Diet'Color menu customisation system ﾠand the features of your tracking profile.

Then throughout your program, your dietitian will support you by email if you have questions. In each case, you
also receive a complete explanatory guide letting you know your menu types, preparation tips and a few recipes.
