Chemical Index: protein quality

The chemical index calculates the quality of the protein product. All foods do not provide the same quality of protein.

A chemical index of 100 is considered to correspond to an ideal protein in nature that would be used 100% by your body. On the other hand, a protein index of 50 will only be half used by your body.

The high protein products of the classic and pleasure range provide a minimum chemical index of 100 but the Booster products in sachets require our suppliers to meet specifications with an exceptional chemical index of at least 120, sometimes more.

This means that, for an equivalent quantity of protein, ï¾ Booster sachets have a quality 20% higher than classic high protein sachets and thus are better used by the body. They are three times more effective than wheat protein for example.
